At CraigCare, we're looking for compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Workers to join our Moonee Ponds VIC team. If you're passionate about supporting older Australians and want a role where your care truly matters, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role:

As a Personal Care Worker, you'll provide person-centered care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing. You'll support residents with daily living activities, personal care, meal services and meaningful engagement, helping them feel valued, comfortable and at home.

What You'll Bring:

✔ A genuine passion for caring for older people
✔ Previous aged care experience
✔ Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or similar (preferred or currently studying)
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Basic computer skills
✔ Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights

Essential Requirements:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- National Police Clearance (mandatory in case no NDIS Clearance)
- Australian working rights
