We are currently seeking experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our supportive team at our Moonee Ponds Home on a part-time basis.

About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care and enhancing the wellbeing of our residents.
Working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide clinical leadership, advocate for resident-centred care, and contribute to creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment where residents can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
✨Co-ordinate professional care practices according to individual care plans and documented policies and procedures
✨Safe administration of medication
✨Maintaining clinical documentation
✨Adhere to national standards and legal requirements
✨Engage with residents on a daily basis
✨Promote a culture of safety, dignity, and respect
About You
To be successful, you will have:
✔ Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse or Police check plus NDIS acknowledgement email
✔ Previous experience in Aged Care
✔ Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and regulations
✔ Knowledge of AN-ACC funding and assessments
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Confidence using electronic clinical systems and documentation platforms
✔ Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
✔ Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
