Role : Leisure & Lifestyle Assistant
Where : Mornington VIC Home| Casual/Temporary

You’ll be supporting residents through meaningful, tailored lifestyle experiences that reflect who they are.

What You’ll Bring:

✨Previous aged care experience supporting individuals living with dementia or have a passion work in this area
✨Creativity and a passion for designing and delivering engaging, person-centred activities with a Commitment to continuous quality improvement
✨Demonstrated ability to be calm, consistent and confident in complex care environments
✨Comprehensive understanding to ensure resident choices become part of the activities
✨Demonstrated flexibility, empathy and patience and respect for residents living with dementia and their needs, together with emotional regulation skills
✨Strong organisational and time management skills
✨Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage specifically with our MSU residents and their families
✨Sound knowledge of, and commitment to upholding the Aged Care Standards
✨Previous experience with LeeCare or similar software systems and sound computer skills
✨Provide proof of NDIS clearance and the right to work in Australia.

✨Certificate III in Leisure and Lifestyle or Individual Support - preferable
