What You’ll Be Doing

✨ Create meaningful connections with residents and families, taking the time to understand their preferences, interests, and needs
✨ Support new residents and their families through a smooth, welcoming admission experience
✨ Assist residents with planning their daily routines, appointments, activities, and social engagements
✨ Help coordinate lifestyle experiences that encourage participation, independence, and wellbeing
✨ Provide exceptional customer service that reflects CraigCare’s values and commitment to quality care
✨ Work collaboratively with our care, lifestyle, hospitality, and administration teams to create a vibrant home environment

About You

You are a natural people-person who brings warmth, professionalism, and a genuine desire to make a difference.

You will have:

✔ Experience in aged care, hospitality, customer service, or a similar people-focused environment
✔ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
✔ Excellent communication skills with a calm, compassionate, and professional approach
✔ Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing needs
✔ The ability to work independently while contributing positively as part of a team
✔ A commitment to delivering exceptional experiences and outcomes for residents and families
✔ Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, Aged Care Act, and Quality of Care Principles
✔ Experience supporting people living with dementia is highly desirable
