Working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide clinical leadership, advocate for resident-centred care, and contribute to creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment where residents can thrive. Key Responsibilities - Deliver safe and effective clinical care in accordance with individual care plans
- Develop, implement, and evaluate resident care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and records
- Support residents living with Dementia and those requiring Palliative Care
- Adhere to infection prevention and control practices
- Promote a culture of safety, dignity, and respect
About You To be successful, you will have: - Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience in Aged Care
- Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and regulations
- Knowledge of AN-ACC funding and assessments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence using electronic clinical systems and documentation platforms
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
