We currently have an opportunity for enthusiastic Enrolled Nurse  to join us on a casual basis at our Berwick Home!

About your role:

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work in a team environment, but also be able to operate alone and proactively. You will be on our frontline with our residents – which can be challenging, but is also rewarding when achieving positive outcomes for our residents. We are committed to our residents and our employees, and encourage our staff to commit to working safely within their teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Co-ordinate professional care practices according to individual care plans and documented policies and procedures
• Safe administration of medication
• Maintaining clinical documentation
• Adhere to national standards and legal requirements

What You’ll Bring:

• A minimum of a year of experience from previous Nursing roles within Australia (and Aged Health Care)
• A genuine interest in elderly care and the desire to improve the lives of our residents
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and supervise others, as well as to engage with our residents
• Knowledge of computerized nursing care plans
• Current AHPRA Nursing Regulation
• Knowledge and understanding of ACFI documentation
• Flexibility and availability to work across any day of the week, as required (AM & PM)
