We are currently looking out for Personal Care Worker who are Medication experienced with medication comptency) to join us at our Moonee Ponds home on a Part time basis.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Provide personal care to assist residents in maintaining their independence along with looking into their medications.
• Assist and enable residents to complete activities according to their individual care plans. 
• Contribute to hotel services by checking residents' daily menu requirements, attend to meal preparation and delivery

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Certificate III in Aged Care is preferred (or currently working towards)
• Medication experience and medication competency is a must
• Previous experience in Aged Care
• Commitment to providing excellent residential care and services
• Must be available to work across the week ( AM and PM )  
• Basic computer skills

Essential Requirements:

• NDIS Workers Screening Check Clearance (or willing to obtain)
• Current Police check clearance (or willing to obtain)
• Proof of Work rights in Australia
• Proof of COVID Vaccination certificate (2 doses + booster dose) 
• Proof of Flu vaccination (current year)
