Your Opportunity to Lead

 

As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you'll be a key member of our leadership team, working closely with the Home Manager to shape the clinical direction of our home.

 

You'll have the opportunity to:

✨ Lead AN-ACC assessments and funding optimisation

✨ Support accreditation success and quality standards

What You'll Bring

 

- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical leadership experience within aged care
- Strong knowledge of AN-ACC and aged care funding processes
- Comprehensive understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Experience in clinical assessments, care planning, and quality management
- The ability to coach, mentor, and inspire others
- A passion for improving systems, outcomes, and resident experiences
- Confidence using clinical software systems, including Leecare (desirable)
